The star mixologists helped keep the spirits high at the Dilmah School of Tea session with their special mixes that covered everything from the divine to the sublime. The mood was light and animated as the day ended on a high note with the all School of Tea participants and the guests from Dilmah treated themselves to these specially concocted brews.
Earlier in the evening, 9 of the bartenders showed off their moves at a live demonstration of tea inspired mixology titled ‘Tea with Attitude’. Each bartender was given a theme that ranged from ‘Passion” to ‘Mysticism’ to ‘Tranquility’ and asked to interpret it into a unique tea based brew, which they did to the applause of a lively audience.
