What a great day again! After a fabulous beach bbq yesterday night the Kulu safari team took us into Yale National park this morning. A jeep safari turned out to be a great way to eexperience Sri Lankan wildlife. Elephants, crocs, pelicans, water buffalo’s, mongooses, mys and a great variety of birds crossed our path in a stunning scenery, a must-do for everyone visiting this beautiful country! when we returned to our campsite Misja vorstermans was up for a shake session on the beach. This dutch bartender lived up to his nckname “the legend” with a spot-on performance mixing brilliant breakfast tea, pure peppermint tea, Bols barrel-aged, fresh ginger and lemongrass…fantastic.. Now we’re om our way to Nuwara Eliya to drown ourselves in tea again, can’t wait!
