INGREDIENTS
60ml fresh brewed Dilmah Apple (5 minute brew)
10ml runny honey
10ml Monin Chocolate Blanc syrup
1 large scoop of vanilla ice cream

METHOD
Shake all ingredients vigorously for 15 seconds and strain into a pre-chilled coupe glass
